These terms will apply to the use of the website and purchases of items from our store, whether by telephone or online. Secure Transactions

Paypal is a Safe & Secure payment gateway using 168Bits encryption so all of your information is very protected. We do not store any credit card information on our site, so everything is processed through our payment gateway just like a Bank.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We take every step to ensure this remains a priority.
Next Deal is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Web Server Logs and Traffic Analysis

We use IP addresses to administer the site, track page views and the click-through activity of links, and gather broad information for internal use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Email Addresses

If you choose to supply us with your email address it will be stored for purposes of supplying you with requested information, improving our content, notifying you of updates to the web page and information such as newsletters. You may choose to be removed from our mailing list at any time by following instructions at the bottom of all automated correspondence or by notifying us using the "contact us" button in the top left corner of the website.

This site contains links to other sites. Next Deal is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such web sites. Please check with those sites to determine their privacy policy.

Payment Processing

No credit card number is stored in the system. The credit card details will be passed to the payment gateway as soon as it has been collected.
We may in certain circumstances share your data with third parties such as financial bodies and credit card companies for the sole purpose of processing the transaction or other matter relating to your purchase.

We will not be liable for any disclosure of your personal information to any third party not authorised under this agreement, and which may have been gained by means beyond our control.

By using this web site, you agree to the above policy. Any changes to this policy will be published here for your reference.

Shipping Policy

At Next Deal, we strive to send every order within one working day of the order being placed. * In the case of weekends and/or public holidays we ship on the first available business day.

All of our orders are sent by Australia Post registered post. This ensures that you can use your Post Office Box if you have one. If you are not home your parcel will be sent to your nearest Post Office and you will have a card left for you telling you where your parcel is for pick up.

There is a minimum order of $10 to comply with payment processing restrictions. We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer and Paypal. All prices are in Australian currency, and products are shipped from our Warehouse in Victoria.

International Orders

We only accept orders from within Australia at this stage, but please keep checking back as we are looking to expand our postal service in the near future. 

Availability

All items are subject to availability. If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you by phone or email and give you the choice from the following:

1. Substitution of another item of equal value
2. Waiting for new stock for your order to be shipped
3. Removal of the out of stock item from your order and recalculation of the total cost of the order
4. Sending your order in two parts – extra postage charges will apply.

If you order a product that is not yet in stock, but is available for advance purchase, your order will be held until all items are available. If you would like to pay for immediate shipping of the in stock items please let us know in the comment field when you place your order. Items out of stock without a known delivery date are not available for purchase, but if you'd like we can notify you when they are available. Just use the contact us to send us a quick email and we will let you know when they are in stock again.

We want to ensure that all steps of your order are more than satisfactory, and will send you regular order updates by email to let you know when your payment has been processed, when your item is ready to ship, and when it has been shipped.

Please Note:

It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately on info@nextdeal.com.au  Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations. Title to, and risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after it has left our office.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
If at any time you have questions about your order, please feel free to respond to any order email, or call us. We are always happy to help.
 

Refund Policy

At Next Deal, we are committed to providing the best products and customer support.
If an item has been damaged or is faulty. you will receive a replacement. Contact must be made within 3 days of receiving goods otherwise this offer is invalid. Return postage at receivers expense. No refunds.

Please email or call us for prior approval before returning any item. No returns accepted without prior approval.

We really want you to be happy with your purchase, so please feel free to contact us with any questions or queries you have.

Packaging Materials

We aim to have a minimal impact on the environment and therefore strive to use the most environmentally friendly materials available, including recycled and reusable cardboard boxes. We shred our office paper to use as stuffing and we are currently researching new recycled packaging materials to use in the future.

Except as indicated below, or as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or applicable laws, you must not copy, modify, transmit or distribute any Material on this website. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading Material from this website.

In relation to the use of this site, you agree to the following terms:
