What payment methods do we accept ?

We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, DEBIT CARD and BANK TRANSFER all via Paypal.

Checkout is simple, No need to sign up with express checkout using MASTER or VISA CARD.

If you have an existing Paypal account you can also use that to login at checkout. Payments are instant through Paypal so you goods will be shipped super fast.

I don't have a Paypal account, how do i pay for my items ?

No problem, Paypal has a Express checkout section once you are directed to the Paypal site at checkout you will see a button saying "Don't have a PayPal account?Pay with your credit or debit card" 

Simple click the link and fill in your details easy.

When will my item be shipped ?

In-stock orders normally ship within 24 hours,
excluding weekends and holidays.

How much will shipping cost on my item ?

You can determine the cost of shipping by adding the items you want to the shopping cart and entering your post code into the shipping calculator located in the cart menu.

Where is my item ? i haven't received it yet do i have a tracking number ?

Please allow 1-5 business days from when the order was shipped. We use registered Australian Post parcels with tracking & signature. Once your item has been shipped you will recieve a tracking number and link to track the location of your item.

Do we offer international shipping ?

We only accept orders from within Australia at this stage, but please keep checking back as we are looking to expand our postal service in the near future. 

Can I pick up my order?

We are unable to allow pickups from our warehouse. Our warehouse operates with a automated dispatch system allowing us to send out orders quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately allowing pickups would disrupt this process.

I made a mistake with my order, how do I fix this?

How safe is it to enter my credit card information on this site ?

We use Paypal it is a Safe & Secure payment gateway using 168Bits encryption so all of your information is very protected. We do not store any credit card information on our site, so everything is processed through our payment gateway just like a Bank.
